How long should my package take to arrive?

O.L.A. ships with Canada Post with standard shipping. Please allow 10-14 days for your package to arrive.



Can I exchange or refund my item?

Exchanges are offered after 30 days of purchase. If the product does not fit properly and you want a different size I am happy to help. Please keep in mind that your item is one of a kind and often I only have enough fabric to create one garment. Other sizes may be available but your fabric most likely wont. Customer is in charge of managing shipping costs in one direction. O.L.A. does NOT offer refunds but Store Credit instead. In store credit is available after 30 days of purchase. Customer is in charge of managing shipping costs in one direction.



Can I send my item back for repair if I have damaged it?

Yes! Please contact oliviaaubrecht@gmail.com with pictures of the damage and a quote will be made for repair costs. I will charge fair prices on repairs and speedy fixes so you can get back to wearing your garment as soon as possible. Please note owner will be responsible for managing shipping costs.
