SHIPPING & RETURNS
*Due to Covid-19 please be patient with mailing. Canada post workers are doing their best to provide and deliver items as fast as possible but delays may occur due to higher shipping volume.*
Once your purchase has been placed please allow 2 business days to process your order and prepare your item for shipping. All shipping is currently done through Canada Post Regular Parcel delivery system. Once your item has been shipped a tracking code will be sent to your corresponding email. Please allow 5-10 business days for parcel delivery. I am here every step of the way so please feel free to contact me if you have any specific needs or shipping concerns and I am happy to help.
For Toronto residents, I am happy to offer in person pick up at my home studio in the Annex. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a date and time that works for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges and In Store Credit are offered within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be applied at this time, instead I can offer In Store Credit.
If the product does not fit properly or the style is not what you expected I am happy to help you find a garment better suited to your taste & needs. Please keep in mind that your item is often one of a kind and I generally only have enough fabric to create one garment with that fabric. Other sizes may be available but your fabric most likely cannot be replaced. Customers are in charge of managing their shipping costs in one direction (i.e. return to sender).
